We’ve stripped away the plastic tubes, harsh additives, and sticky bathroom counters, replacing them with eco-friendly, dentist-designed tablets packed with clean, protective ingredients. Pearly Bites makes healthy habits effortless, one small bite at a time!
Whats inside?
🦷 Polishing & Cleaning
Calcium carbonate, hydrated silica, and microcrystalline cellulose work as gentle abrasives, physically lifting plaque and surface stains without harming young enamel. Sodium coco-sulfate (a coconut-derived, SLS-free cleanser) helps loosen debris and creates the foaming action that makes brushing feel thorough.
🛡️ Preventing Tooth Decay
Sodium monofluorophosphate delivers 1000ppm fluoride, the NHS-recommended strength for ages 3+, (1450ppm for buttermint) forming a protective fluorapatite layer that resists acid attack from sugars and bacteria. Xylitol adds a second layer of defence, helping reduce the cavity-causing bacteria (Streptococcus mutans) that feed on sugar in the mouth. Stevioside sweetens the tablet without contributing to decay at all.
✨ Remineralising
Hydroxyapatite is the star here, it's chemically identical to natural tooth enamel, so it works by directly filling microscopic surface defects and rebuilding weakened spots. Fluoride reinforces this from a different angle, converting exposed enamel into the more acid-resistant fluorapatite form. Together they attack remineralisation from two complementary directions rather than one.
