Pearly Bites Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Overview

Pearly Bites offers flexible recurring delivery plans to ensure you never run out of your oral care essentials. By purchasing a subscription or enrolling in a trial, you agree that your plan includes an initial charge followed by recurring payments, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

2. Available Subscription Plans & Billing Frequency

We offer three standard recurring plans for our products:

  • Monthly Plan: Billed and shipped automatically every 1 month.

  • 2-Month Plan: Billed and shipped automatically every 2 months.

  • 3-Month Plan: Billed and shipped automatically every 3 months.

Your payment method will be charged automatically on the same day of each billing cycle (or the nearest calendar date) based on the frequency selected during checkout.

3. Sample Trial Terms & Automatic Conversion

  • Trial Details: Customers who sign up for a Pearly Bites trial receive a free sample product and are charged a non-refundable £1 packaging fee at initial checkout.

  • Automatic Roll-Over: 8 days after your initial trial order is placed, your account will automatically convert into a standard 30-day (Monthly) Subscription.

  • Product Switch: Upon conversion on Day 8, your subscription product will automatically switch from the sample product to our standard Strawberry Toothpaste Tablets, billed at the regular monthly recurring price.

  • Avoiding Conversion Charges: If you do not wish to convert to the monthly subscription, you must pause or cancel your trial at least 24 hours before the 8-day trial period ends (by Day 7).

4. How to Manage, Pause, or Cancel

You have full control over your subscription and can pause, edit, or cancel at any time through your customer account.

  • To manage your subscription, please log in at pearlybites.com/account and navigate to Subscriptions.

  • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled billing cycle (or trial conversion), you must process your cancellation or pause through the portal at least 24 hours prior to your next charge date.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel after a recurring payment has already been processed, that scheduled shipment will still be fulfilled and delivered; your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.

5. Refunds & Renewals

Recurring subscription charges and packaging fees are non-refundable once processed. For issues with damaged or missing items, please view our full Refund Policy or contact support at hello@pearlybites.co.uk.
